Legal Compliance
Handling customer data globally has become a legal challenge with the advent of laws such as GDPR in Europe, PDPA in Singapore, state specific laws such as CCPA in California and ICP certification in China.
These laws have a similar goal of keeping the data of the citizen of each countries and trade-zone inside their border and regulating the way this data is used. At Leany we decided to help our customer be compliant by providing a good faith approach :
- Country specific deployment for each tenant. You should choose the country of incorporation of your business.
- Tools to enforce the right to be forgotten of your customers.
- General logging data is kept in the same country as your deployment country for no more than 7 days.
- Error logging data is secured and anonymized before being sent to our service provider.
- Data Compliance statements and agreement included in your customer facing WebApps.
